Terms of Service

By accessing or using 1234.club (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

1234.club provides email alias addresses (e.g., 777@1234.club) that forward incoming emails to a verified destination inbox you provide. We also offer an optional reply-protection feature that lets you respond to emails from behind your alias without revealing your real email address.

We are a forwarding intermediary only. We do not originate, read, analyze, or store the content of emails that pass through the Service. Delivery of forwarded emails depends on third-party email infrastructure and is not guaranteed.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the forwarding email address you supply.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.

Alias addresses are licensed, not sold. Your subscription grants you the exclusive right to use a specific alias for the duration of your active subscription. If your subscription lapses, the alias may be returned to the marketplace and made available to others.

We reserve the right to withhold, reclaim, or reassign any alias that (a) is used in violation of these Terms, (b) is involved in abuse complaints, or (c) we determine, at our sole discretion, must be reserved or retired.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send, forward, or facilitate spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person or organization
• Engage in fraud, identity theft, or deceptive practices
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to circumvent the technical measures of the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules without notice or refund. We may also report violations to relevant authorities.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

Cancellations: You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to your alias until that date.

Refunds: All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@1234.club within 7 days of the charge.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price change affects their subscription.

We transmit emails on your behalf but do not control the content of those emails. You acknowledge that:

• We are not responsible for emails that fail to be delivered
• We are not responsible for emails that are delayed, filtered as spam, or lost
• We are not liable for the content of emails forwarded through your alias
• Delivery rates depend on the policies of the recipient's email provider

All software, design, trademarks, and content comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to 1234.club. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written consent.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT EMAILS WILL BE DELIVERED WITHOUT DELAY OR LOSS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1234.CLUB AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1234.club and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction in which 1234.club operates, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
