Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about 1234.club.

The basics

It's a premium email address service. You get a short, numeric or easy to say address — like 99@1234.club or 777@1234.club — and every email sent to it forwards to your real inbox. Easy to say out loud, impossible to misspell, and completely yours.

Because spelling your email over the phone is a nightmare. Numbers are universal — anyone can write down 99 or 777 without asking you to repeat yourself. No more phonetic alphabet, no more emails going to the wrong address. Just say the numbers and move on.

It's a real email address on the @1234.club domain. Examples: 7@1234.club, 99@1234.club, 777@1234.club, 1234@1234.club. Short, numeric, and impossible to get wrong.

How it works

1. Browse the marketplace and pick an alias. 2. Create an account and complete your purchase. 3. Enter the email address you want to forward to (any inbox — Gmail, Outlook, ProtonMail, etc.). 4. Click the confirmation link we send to that address. Done — emails start arriving within seconds.

Before forwarding emails to an address, we confirm you actually own it. This protects people from having their inbox flooded without consent. One click, one time.

Optionally yes. By default, when you hit Reply your email client sends from your real address as usual. If you'd prefer replies to go from your alias, enable Reply Protection on that alias in your dashboard. It's per-alias and you can toggle it anytime.

Yes. Toggle it off from your dashboard and forwarding stops immediately. Senders get a bounce. Toggle it back on anytime to resume. No configuration lost.

Yes, anytime. Update it in your dashboard and we'll send a verification link to the new address. Forwarding switches as soon as you confirm.

Yes. Emails are forwarded as-is including attachments, up to 10MB. Nothing is modified or scanned.

Pricing & billing

It depends on the address. Prices start at $3/month for longer numeric and word addresses, up to $99/month for a single-digit address like 7@1234.club. Shorter and more desirable addresses cost more. Every price is shown clearly before you buy — no surprises.

Yes. You can choose monthly or annual billing at checkout. Annual billing comes with a discount.

No. A paid subscription is required to keep your alias active. This is how we maintain reliable infrastructure and ensure the service stays high quality.

For monthly and annual plans, forwarding remains active until the end of your current billing period — you always get what you paid for. After that, forwarding stops and your address is deactivated. Importantly, your address is never released back to the marketplace. It stays reserved in your account and you can reactivate it at any time.

No. Once you claim an address, it is permanently reserved for you — even if your subscription lapses. It will never be reassigned, resold, or returned to the marketplace. You can reactivate at any time and pick up right where you left off.

No. Every address is permanently tied to the account that originally claimed it. Once someone owns an address, it stays theirs regardless of subscription status. We never reassign or recycle addresses.

Yes. Each alias is a separate subscription. Own as many as you want — each can forward to the same or a different address.

Privacy & security

No. Email content is never read, analyzed, or stored. Emails pass through our servers during forwarding and are not persisted. We retain basic metadata — sender address, subject line, timestamp, and delivery status — for troubleshooting purposes.

It depends on whether you reply. Senders always see only your alias address — we never reveal where it forwards. But if you reply directly from your inbox (Reply Protection off, the default), your real address appears in the reply. Turn on Reply Protection and all replies also send from your alias, so your real address stays hidden end to end.

You can report it to us at support@1234.club and we'll investigate. You can also deactivate the alias from your dashboard at any time to stop all forwarding immediately.

We built 1234.club to last — the infrastructure is lean, the model is simple, and we have no intention of going anywhere. In the very unlikely event we ever had to close, every active subscriber would receive at least 90 days notice. We'd also do everything in our power to transfer the domain to a reliable operator so your alias keeps working.
