Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about 1234.club.

The basics

An easy to say email address that forwards everything to your real inbox. Pick an address — like 99@1234.club — and any email sent to it arrives instantly in your Gmail, Outlook, or wherever you already read email. You don't switch inboxes. You don't change how you work. You just get a better address to give out.

Numeric and word addresses. On the numeric side: single digits, two and three-digit combinations, repeating patterns like 777, phone-number formats, and more. On the word side: short everyday words, two-letter handles, and other easy-to-say addresses. Everything available is listed in the marketplace — browse by category or search for something specific.

1234.club gives you the email address you've always wanted — one that's actually available and easy to say out loud. Numbers are universal: anyone can write down 99 without asking you to spell it. You also can't get these addresses on Gmail or Outlook, and if you somehow could, you'd have to abandon your current inbox. With 1234.club, your real inbox stays exactly where it is. Enable Reply Guard and it becomes a privacy layer too — share your alias freely, keep your real address to yourself.

How it works

Pick an address from the marketplace. Create an account and complete your purchase. Enter the inbox you want to forward to — any provider works. Click the confirmation link we send to that address. Done. Emails start arriving within seconds.

Before forwarding to an address, we confirm the address owner agrees for the forwarding to be active. This protects people from having their inbox flooded without consent.

Typically a few seconds. Email goes from sender to 1234.club to your inbox in one hop. We don't queue or batch — every message is forwarded the moment it arrives.

Any inbox that accepts email. If it has an address, we can forward to it. You don't need to change how you read email.

Yes, that's one of the most common uses. Enter your alias when creating accounts, signing up for newsletters, making online purchases, or giving your email to anyone. Confirmation emails, receipts, and messages all come straight to your real inbox — and you can easily say your address when spelling it out over the phone.

Not at this time. Your alias is for receiving and replying — not initiating. Emails sent to your alias forward instantly to your inbox, and you can reply from your alias using Reply Guard to keep your real address hidden. But composing a brand new email with your alias as the sender isn't supported.

Yes, optionally. By default, when you hit Reply your email client sends from your real address as usual. Enable Reply Guard on that alias in your dashboard and all replies route through 1234.club — the recipient only ever sees your alias. It's per-alias and you can toggle it anytime.

Yes. Toggle it off in your dashboard and forwarding stops immediately. Senders get a bounce. Toggle it back on anytime — no configuration lost.

Yes, anytime. Update it in your dashboard and we send a verification link to the new address. Forwarding switches as soon as you confirm.

Yes. Emails are forwarded as-is, attachments included, up to 25MB. Nothing is modified or scanned.

Pricing & billing

It depends on the address. Prices start at $3/month. Shorter and more desirable addresses cost more. Every price is shown clearly before you buy — no surprises.

All major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover — via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available at checkout where supported.

Yes. Most addresses offer monthly or annual billing at checkout. Annual billing typically provides a discount — the exact amount is shown before you pay. Some addresses require a minimum commitment duration with full payment upfront.

From your dashboard, open the alias you want to cancel and click Manage Billing. Forwarding stays active until the end of your current billing period — you always get what you paid for. After that, forwarding stops and the alias deactivates. Your address is not released back to the marketplace — it stays reserved in your account and you can reactivate at any time.

We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, forwarding continues until the end of the period you paid for. If something went wrong on our end, reach out at support@1234.club and we'll make it right.

No. Every address is permanently tied to the account that originally claimed it. Once someone owns an address, it stays theirs regardless of subscription status. We don't reassign or recycle addresses.

Yes. Each alias is a separate subscription. Own as many as you want — each can forward to the same inbox or different ones.

Privacy & security

No. Email content is never read, analyzed, or stored. Emails pass through our servers during forwarding and are immediately discarded. By default we retain basic metadata — sender address, subject line, timestamp, and delivery status — for troubleshooting. If you'd prefer zero metadata, enable Privacy Mode on any alias from your dashboard and we'll log nothing beyond the timestamp and delivery status.

No. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. We don't run ads. Your email activity, forwarding address, and account data stay private.

Senders always see only your alias — we never reveal where it forwards. The only way your real address can appear is if you reply directly from your inbox with Reply Guard off (the default). Enable Reply Guard and all replies also go out from your alias, keeping your real address hidden end to end.

You can report abuse to support@1234.club and we'll investigate. You can also deactivate the alias from your dashboard to stop all forwarding immediately.

Yes. Request full account deletion at support@1234.club and we will permanently remove your account, aliases, and all associated data. Any active subscriptions should be canceled first.

We built this to last — lean infrastructure, simple model, no intention of going anywhere. In the unlikely event we ever had to close, every active subscriber would receive at least 90 days notice. We'd also do everything in our power to transfer the domain to a reliable operator so your alias keeps working.
